Get to know us (me)

Yes, that’s me on my wedding day, because why not put the best day of life on my website. My husband and I landed in NZ ten years ago on our big OE and we’re lucky enough to call this beautiful country, home. We like to think we’ve embraced Kiwi living by running, biking or kayaking our way through NZ’s great outdoors and of course increasing our usage of the words ‘heaps’ and ‘sweet as’.

With a degree in Leisure and Sports Management, and previous roles in project management, communications and web, I ended up in digital marketing. In particular social media marketing. Managing social media accounts is what rocks my world. I help businesses market their products and services with real content, whilst showing off their personality and rawness.

Because I like real content on social media, here’s a bit of real stuff about me.

I’m 32, wife to Dave, new Mum to Florence (born in April 2019). We live in Papamoa with our two cats Donkey and Possum. We spend our time drinking coffee (and beers in the summer) on the beach, and day tripping to the Redwoods (usually to run or bike). We completed the Coast to Coast as husband and wife duo. In our downtime we scrawl through Netflix looking for movies or watching our go to shows, Friends or Big Bang Theory (I hope that gives you an idea of my sense of humour, but don’t hold it against me). I have 14 house plants that I work hard on keeping alive and my favourite dinner is my Mum’s roast lamb.
